My journey into emotional coaching began with a deep desire to understand myself.
At first, I studied Occupational Therapy and Dance Therapy, which opened my eyes to the powerful connection between body and mind — and to the body’s ability to reflect our inner world.
Years later, when life brought me to the U.S., I discovered the Satya Method and the world of spiritual growth. Through this path, I’ve learned and continue to learn to look inward and recognize how our outer reality mirrors our inner one. This understanding guides my own personal work and inspires me to support others on their path of transformation.
I believe that combining my professional background with the intuition and sensitivity I’ve cultivated over the years allows me to create a warm, safe, and attentive space. In my work, I guide deep emotional processes that invite you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself with compassion, awareness, allowing genuine growth to unfold.
